A lover of Nature and passionate gardener, originally from Genoa but raised among Alpine forests, he began collecting and observing insects, and drawing, since childhood. 
Returning to Genoa in his adolescence, he became fascinated by urban countercultures and from then joined the European artistic-musical underground scene and antifascist militancy.
From 2011 to 2018 he lived in Berlin, where he began dedicating himself full-time to illustration and drawing, giving life to intricate and highly detailed works of art that would later become emblematic of his decidedly recognizable drawing and research style; he nevertheless remains very active in creating decorations and scenography for artistic-musical events throughout Europe.
Subliquida is invited to the largest Psychedelic Music and Art festivals and events in Europe, where he creates ultra-detailed large-scale artworks live.
His works are exhibited in independent art galleries and form part of the permanent collections of iconic Visionary Art museums, such as the Naïa Museum in France.
His style is inspired by the greatest masters of scientific illustration, engraving and comics, and fused into a very fluid and accurate research of the forms, textures and peculiarities of the greatest artist of all time, Mother Nature. Through his drawings he manages to bring out the connection between scientific knowledge and expansion of consciousness, clearly stimulated.
Since 2016 his curiosity has driven him to explore the ancient art of tattooing, giving him the opportunity to develop a detail-rich style and bring his most well-known and appreciated paper works onto skin. 
Specializing in botanical tattoos and large-scale illustrative blackwork, from 2018 to late 2021 he tattooed in his Studio and Art Gallery in the heart of Barcelona.
He currently lives in Tuscany, preparing many new projects surrounded by nature: he focuses on alternative and sustainable ways of living, cultivating and sharing knowledge.
Subliquida regularly works as a tattoo artist in Berlin, Barcelona, Ghent, France, Pisa, Genoa, Turin... and continues to perform and exhibit his art worldwide, working on art and illustration commissions, designing his own clothing collections and collaborating as a scenographer.
