In 2009, he won the Gene Day Award for Canadian Comic Book Self-Publisher, and in 2015 Safari Honeymoon was nominated for Best Comic at the Doug Wright Awards. His work has long transcended the borders of his native country. He has published Even the Giants (Adhouse Books, 2011), By This Shall You Know Him (Koyama Press, 2012), and Safari Honeymoon (Koyama Press, 2014) – his first title to be released in Italy. He has worked for Cartoon Network's Adventure Time series, and his works have been exhibited in galleries across Canada. He currently lives and works in Hamilton, Ontario.
