Workshop
From custom workshops to screen-printed art: live a unique artistic experience in the heart of Carrara!
All workshops are held at the historic locations of Stamperia d'Arte La Luce Rossa, Tekè Gallery and Tabularasa Edizioni.
We're located in Carrara's historic center, just steps from the Cathedral and the Academy of Fine Arts.
Our story began in 2016 with Tekè Gallery and its first major exhibitions dedicated to established underground artists like Professor Bad Trip or new names like Jesse Jacobs and Igor Hofbauer.
From the very beginning, we've accompanied our exhibitions with carefully curated publications by Tabularasa Edizioni - art monographs dedicated to each featured artist. This has helped us export complete "ready-to-go" exhibition projects to other galleries and cities like Rome, Palermo and Macerata.
In 2020, Stamperia d'Arte La Luce Rossa was born as a complement to both the gallery and publishing house. We began producing limited edition screen prints to accompany our publications and those of others, creating collections, zines, leporellos, working for third-party artists, and offering workshops to the public.
All our workshops are individual. Workshops for a maximum of two people must be agreed with us in advance before booking. Workshops can be booked online or by visiting our location. We'll decide dates and times together based on mutual availability. Whether you're beginners or experts, workshops are open to all and will be tailored to your skill level.
You'll have the opportunity to experiment with and deepen your knowledge of screen-printing techniques while appreciating the value of analog printing and acquiring new artistic skills.
You'll visit and discover Carrara's historic center - unique in the world - and interact with the artists and people who bring our projects to life every day.
